If you have a book project and would like us to prepare a free estimate for you, please select one of the following two options so we can get a better idea of your project's specifications.
OPTION 1 (fill out electronic form)
1) Contact us via e-mail and we'll send you an electronic Microsoft Word form to fill out. This form will ask specific questions to help us prepare a thorough and accurate estimate.
2) Save the Word file with an identifying name (e.g., your last name or your book's title).
3) Using Microsoft Word, fill out the form.
4) Send the completed form to joski@backspaceink.com as an e-mail attachment.
OPTION 2 (fill out paper form)
1) Click here to download our Acrobat PDF form. This form will ask specific questions to help us prepare a thorough and accurate estimate.
2) Save the PDF file with an identifying name (e.g., your last name or your book's title).
3) Print out the form and fill it in.
4) Return the completed form in any of the following ways:
• Fax the completed form to 650-355-3630.
• Mail the completed form to Backspace Ink, 561 Paloma Ave., Pacifica, CA 94044.
• Scan the form and send it as an e-mail attachment to joski@backspaceink.com.
Once we receive your completed form,
we will prepare a free estimate for your book project.
