Payment method options

Credit card: An invoice will be sent to your e-mail address, and you may use either PayPal or another major credit card to pay online. Please note that half of the credit card fees will be added to your invoice if you choose this prepayment option.

Personal check: If you prefer to pay by check (payable to BACKSPACE INK), deduct the credit card fee and mail it to the address listed on the invoice.

    Product delivery information

    Once you have placed your product order and we have received your payment, we will ship your order. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will contact you immediately.

    Bulk orders

    We offer shipping and handling discounts for bulk orders and/or local pickup. Please call 650.355.4640 if your order qualifies.

    Did we make a mistake on your order?

    If we made a mistake on your product order, a refund, a credit, or an exchange (your choice) will be given and returns will be accepted for the following situations:

    • If we sent you the wrong items;

    • If the items are defective; or

    • If the items have been damaged during shipping.

    You must contact us via e-mail or call 650.355.4640 within 5 business days after you have received the incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise in order to receive the refund, credit, or exchange.

    You will be responsible for the cost of returning the incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise to us. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund, a credit, or an exchange, excluding the cost of returning the incorrect, defective, or damaged items.
